How to play Clashborn Arena
Clashborn Arena is a 3D one-on-one fighting game with an all-original cast: Kaito Ren the wind karate master, Brakka Stone the giant wrestler, Lumi Vale the moonlit dancer, the guardian robot Zed-9, the ice ninja Nyra Frost and the fire-fisted boxer Diego "Blaze" Marrow. Each has their own power, speed, health and three special moves.
Fights are best of three rounds with a 60-second timer. Empty the other health bar for a K.O.; if time runs out, more health wins the round. On a keyboard, move with A and D, jump with W, crouch with S, punch with F, kick with G, hold H to block and press R for a special. On a phone, drag on the left to move and tap the 👊 🦶 🛡 and ✨ buttons.
Chain attacks into combos: Punch, Punch, Kick knocks down, Punch, Punch, Punch launches, forward + Punch lunges, down + Kick sweeps and jump + Kick hits overhead. Specials cost energy from the thin bar under your health; press special alone, with forward or with down. Stand to block high and overhead attacks, crouch to block sweeps.
Arcade mode is a ladder of four fights ending against Vorak, the Eclipse King. Beat him to unlock three secret fighters, shown as silhouettes until then. Versus mode lets you pick both fighters and the arena, and 2-player mode shares one keyboard.
Frequently asked questions
How do I unlock the secret fighters?
Win every fight in Arcade mode, including the final boss Vorak, on any difficulty. Vorak, Sola Ray and Jinx Marlowe are then unlocked in every mode and saved in your browser.
Can two people play?
Yes. Choose 2 players on the main menu. Player 1 uses W A S D with F G H R and player 2 uses the arrow keys with J K L I (or numpad 1 2 3 0).
Does it work on phones?
Yes. Drag on the left half of the screen to move, push up to jump and down to crouch, and tap the punch, kick, block and special buttons on the right.
