Short answer

The digital SAT is a College Board admissions test used by many US (and other) colleges. Next dates include 7 November and 5 December 2026, then 6 March, 1 May and 5 June 2027. Register by the published deadlines (e.g. 23 October 2026 for the 7 November test).
