🔒 Your signature stays on your device.
How to use the Online Signature Maker
Choose Draw and sign in the box with your finger, a stylus or the mouse, just as you would on paper. Blue or black ink looks most natural on documents; a pen size of 2–4 suits most signatures. Not happy? Tap Clear and try again.
Prefer a typed signature? Switch to Type, enter your name and pick a style. The Hindi / Punjabi style lets you type your name in Devanagari or Gurmukhi using your phone keyboard or our Hindi & Punjabi keyboard.
Download PNG trims the empty space around your signature and saves it with a transparent background, so it sits cleanly on top of a white page in Word, Google Docs or a PDF editor. Tick “White background” if a website needs a normal JPG-style image.
Worked example: draw your signature on a phone in landscape, pick dark blue and size 3, then download. You get a PNG about 600 × 200 pixels and under 30 KB, ready to insert into a rental form or offer letter.
A drawn image is fine for everyday paperwork but is not a certified digital signature; banks and government portals may require Aadhaar eSign, a DSC or their own signing flow.

Is this a legal electronic signature?
A signature image is widely accepted for informal documents, but some official uses require certified digital signatures.
Can I sign in Hindi or Punjabi?
Yes. Use Type mode with the Hindi / Punjabi style, or simply draw it.
