Sky Strike 3DPlayWomen’s health tools
Five new pages. Fertile window, Navy body fat, and Mifflin-St Jeor calories already live elsewhere on this site.
These pages are education for adults. Each one carries a medical disclaimer. The period tool adds cycle length to the first day of the last period and can keep start dates in this browser. Pregnancy weight gain uses the 2009 Institute of Medicine ranges, including the gaps the report left open for underweight twins and for triplets. The breastfeeding log stores time, side, and minutes in localStorage and does not score milk supply. Menopause age places a number in the ranges published by the National Institute on Aging and the Office on Women’s Health, and it does not forecast a personal age. Iron and water use the NIH RDA table and the Institute of Medicine total-water adequate intakes.
Medical disclaimer. Nothing here diagnoses, treats, or replaces your own clinician. Heavy bleeding, fainting, chest pain, a severe headache, or a baby who is hard to wake needs in-person care. Read the site disclaimer.

Three tools from the original request were skipped so the site would not host a second copy. The weight-based water page was also left in place. The iron tool links to it and uses a different method.
