How to play Arrow Escape
Arrow Escape is an arrow puzzle. Every tile on the board has an arrow on it. Tap a tile and it slides in the direction of its arrow and leaves the board, but only if the whole path to the edge is empty.
If another tile is in the way, the tile shakes, the blocker flashes and you lose a heart. You start with three hearts, and you earn one back every third level. Clear every arrow to finish the level, then go to the next, bigger board.
Tips: start with tiles on the outside edge that point away from the board, then work inwards. Look at which arrow blocks which, and free the blocker first. Each level has three free hints that glow a tile you can safely tap.
- Press Play, then tap any arrow that points at an empty row or column.
- Watch the blocked arrows. Free the arrow that blocks the most others first.
- Use a hint if you are stuck. You get three per level.
- Clear the board to move on. Lose all three hearts and the run ends.
VSH take: scan for arrows that point straight off the edge first. Every level is checked so that it can always be cleared, so a blocked arrow means a better order exists.
