Swap neighbors. Lines of three pop. Falling gems can start a combo.
01 — Story
Gem Swap is an eight-by-eight board. Swap two neighboring gems to line up three or more of a kind, in a row or a column. They pop, the column falls, and new gems drop from the top. A swap that makes no line is refused.
Tap two neighbors or swipe. With a keyboard, click the board, move with arrows, Enter to pick, and an arrow to swap. Each gem has its own shape as well as a color, so the board still reads if color is hard to tell apart.
A popped gem is 10 points, longer lines add a bonus, and a fall that makes a new line starts a combo multiplier. The minute starts on the first swap. If the board has no moves it shuffles itself. Matches near the bottom drop more gems and start more combos. Look there first.
Choose a gem and a neighbor. If they do not make a line, they stay put and the clock does not care.
