Ten-arrow card
Each round places the target at a new distance. Ten shots, then the total.
01 — Story
The brief
Archery is a short range session: ten arrows, a target that changes distance and height, and a flag that shows which way the breeze is blowing. The arrow does not fly in a straight line. Gravity drops it, and the wind slides it sideways while it is in the air.
A drag away from the target sets both aim and power. A longer pull is a harder shot. On a keyboard, the up and down arrows set the angle and Space draws the bow until you let go. The rings score from 10 in the yellow center down to 1 on the outer white. A miss is zero, so a perfect card is 100.
If a shot lands low, add a little draw or lift the angle. If the flag is blowing toward the target, ease off the power. The breeze can strengthen after the first few arrows, so the flag is part of every shot, not a decoration.
How to loose an arrow
Press on the range, drag back and down, and release. Keyboard players aim with the up and down arrows, hold Space to draw, and release Space to fire.
