Free browser battle royale · three islands
Drop from the Cloud Coach, loot a blaster, place a few boards, and outlast a shrinking violet storm.
01 — Story
Storm Island is a kid-friendly 3D battle royale that runs in the browser. You pick Tideglass Atoll, Pinecone Peaks, or Candy Dunes, choose Solo or Squads, and leave the Cloud Coach. The storm is a violet circle that shrinks. The win is the last explorer standing, or the last squad.
Loot is toy blasters and shield, taken from chests and from the small towns scattered across each island. Build pieces become cover when you place them. A go-kart is for crossing open ground while the circle moves, not for a separate race. Press V, or the Kart button, to hop in and out.
The blaster list is fixed: Pulse Sidearm and Arc Repeater as commons, Needle and Line Rifle as uncommons, Scatter Bore, Arc Mortar, and Cluster Volley as rares, Longshot and Beam Lance as epics, Siege Lob and Tri-Burst as legendaries. Rarity is a chest roll. A later reward-track perk, Lucky latch, leans chests toward rarer guns. It is still not a purchase.
A match can be local bots or a room you host. The online card can save a server, create a room, or quick play, and the only chat is a row of emotes: Hello, Nice, Good game, Help, Thanks, Oops. That is the whole vocabulary, on purpose. Progress on the reward track and the challenge list stays on this device.
Land near a small town for the first chest, then watch the circle more than the horizon. Save boards for the last rings, when running stops being an option. In squads, stay close enough to revive. In solo, the kart is how you refuse a bad rotation.
Experience on the device unlocks notes such as a sea-blue shirt, a louder pop, a squad pennant on the map, an extra Cloud Sail hidden on the island, luckier chests, and a Kite Sail you drop in already wearing. Achievements — First Drop, Chest Champ, Pop Star, Board Boss, Kart Kid, and the rest — stay on the device too.
Roster
The island does not keep a celebrity cast. A match is a kit: the blaster you find and the way you move. These six are the ones the loot table actually ships.
Opener
BlasterPulse Sidearm
A common sidearm. Ten shots, a calm spread, enough range to learn a town without borrowing a rare.
Sprayer
BlasterArc Repeater
Common automatic fire. The kit you keep when a building is full of corners and you do not trust a slow reload.
Lane
BlasterLine Rifle
Uncommon. Straighter than the repeater, happier in the open stretch between a town and the next circle.
Rooms
BlasterScatter Bore
Rare. Six pellets and a short range. The kit for the last house, not for the beach.
Ridge
BlasterLongshot
Epic. A careful rifle with real distance. Pinecone’s shelves are where it earns the slot.
Circle
BlasterSiege Lob
Legendary splash. Slow, short magazine, and the reason a wooden wall is not a promise.
Kit
Chests roll a rarity, then a blaster in that rarity. Common through legendary. Nothing is bought.
Common
RoleSemi
The first honest gun. Learn the island with it, then trade up.
Common
RoleAuto
Fast fire, wider spread, shorter range than the sidearm.
Uncommon
RoleAuto
A tighter stream than the repeater, still a bullet hose.
Uncommon
RoleSemi
The mid-range rifle. Fourteen shots, a reload you can live with.
Rare
RolePellets
Six pellets, short range, five-shot tube. Do not take it to a field.
Rare
RoleArc splash
A lobbed shot with a small splash. Good over a wall you do not want to walk around.
Rare
RoleSeven pellets
A wider, softer cousin of the scatter gun.
Epic
RoleRifle
Low spread, long range. The ridge gun.
Epic
RoleFast beam
A very fast, light-hitting stream with a deep magazine.
Legendary
RoleHeavy splash
The slow legendary. Four shots, a reload you feel, and a splash that moves people off boards.
Legendary
RoleThree-pellet auto
The other legendary. Faster than the lob, happier in a moving fight.
Rides
You fall from the Cloud Coach, run, and you can hop a go-kart. Sails are worn, not driven.
Drop ship
RoleThe jump
You do not fly it. You leave it. The title line is the whole manual: drop from the Cloud Coach.
Ground
RoleCrossing
Press V, or the Kart button on a phone. Hop out with the same control. Kart Kid is the achievement for driving one.
Worn
RoleGlide
A sail the reward track can hide as an extra pickup. It is equipment, not a second vehicle you summon.
Worn
RoleChampion drop
The top of the current track lets you drop in already wearing it. Still free. Still this device.
Ground
Three islands, each with twenty-six named places. Pick the island on the title screen before you drop.
Island
KindCoast and river
A wide coast, a long river, and twenty-six names, including Glass Harbor, Reed Crossing, Salt Market, Kiln Point, and Lantern Dock.
Island
KindPines and ridges
Tall pines, pale ridges, a cold river. Frost Mill, Grey Spire, Mirror Tarn, Old Foundry, and Halt House are on the list.
Island
KindSand and mesas
Amber Reach, Oasis Court, Red Canyon, Salt Flats, Noon Market, Palm Gate. Dry ground and long sight lines.
Loot
KindEarly game
Named places are where the first guns live. The storm does not care what the town is called once the circle leaves it.
Circle
KindTimer
A shrinking violet ring. Standing in it is how a good kit still loses. The last circles are why you saved wood.
Pieces
KindBoards
Place pieces when you need a wall. Board Boss asks for fifteen pieces across your time with the game, not in one frantic second.
Play
Mode
Every explorer for themselves, including the bots that fill a match. No revive.
Mode
Stick together and revive teammates. A squad win is its own achievement, Squad Save.
Mode
Quick play, create a room, or join with a code. Emotes only. You can save a server address on the device.
Mission
A daily-style challenge. The challenges card says three free dailies refresh each day.
Mission
Start a match.
Mission
Open 5 chests.
Mission
Drop into all three islands.
Mission
Win a match.
Mission
Finish 3 daily challenges.
Progress
A free reward track spends experience earned on the device. Challenges and daily goals sit beside it. There is no premium pass.
Experience
Free steps up to the champion sail. Perks include a shirt tint, a louder pop, a map pennant, an extra Cloud Sail, and luckier chests.
Challenges
Ten marks from First Drop through Daily Hero. They stay on this device.
Match
Found, not bought. A better sail can also be picked up in the world before the track grants one.
Cosmetic skins are coming soon and will not be sold. The track you can finish today is sails, a shirt color, and small match perks, all free.
