Each world ends at a flag. Later worlds add a locked gate.
01 — Story
The brief
Astro Quest is a side-on pixel run. You are a small astronaut who has to cross three worlds to get home. Each world ends at a flag. Coins sit on the path, crates make steps, spikes are a life, and little critters walk or fly the lanes.
Hold the jump for a higher arc and tap it for a short hop. Landing on a critter from above beats it for 25 points. Touching one from the side costs a heart. You start with three hearts. A pit, a spike, or a bad bump sends you to the start of that world.
Worlds two and three hide a gold key on a raised platform. The locked gate before the flag stays shut until you have it. Coins are 10 points, a cleared world is 100, and a quick finish adds a time bonus. The high ledges are where the extra coins, and often the key, wait.
How to move
Run with the arrows or A and D. Jump with the up arrow, W, Space, or the Jump button. On a phone the large left, right, and Jump buttons sit under the picture.
