How to use: Rate how much you agree with each statement, then press See my type. Go with your first instinct.
Answer 16 quick statements to find your 4-letter personality type and careers that may suit you.
How does the personality type quiz work?
Each of the four scales has four statements: two that point one way and two that point the other. Your answers are added up, and the side you lean towards gives one letter. The bars show how strongly you lean, so a 55% result means you use both sides almost equally.
The four scales
- E / I: where you get energy, people or quiet time.
- S / N: facts and experience, or patterns and possibilities.
- T / F: logic and fairness, or people and values.
- J / P: plans and order, or flexibility.
The quiz is our own and is inspired by the four-letter type idea popular since the 1940s. It is not the official MBTI® instrument. Next, try the career interest quiz or see courses after 12th.
VSH take: no type is better than another; use it to understand yourself and others.
Examples
- Loves parties and quick plans: Often gets E and P letters, for example ESFP or ENFP.
- Quiet planner who loves logic: Often INTJ or ISTJ.
- Close result: A 50–60% bar means you are flexible on that scale.
