01 — Story
The brief
Cubeland is a first-person world of blocks: grass, dirt, stone, sand, wood, leaves, glass, bricks, planks, and more. Each world comes from a seed, with hills, beaches, lakes, forests, and caves. There is no assigned quest. The goal is the one you bring.
On a computer, click to capture the mouse, walk with W A S D, and jump with Space. Left click breaks the block you face. Right click places the hotbar block. Number keys 1 to 9 or the wheel pick a block. On a phone, a joystick walks, a drag looks, and the pick and brick buttons break and place.
Creative mode hands you every block and flight: F or the plane button, then Space and Shift, or the up and down buttons, to rise and sink. Survival-lite makes harder blocks take longer and only lets you place what you have dug. The sun sets, and the world darkens. Three save slots keep every block you change, automatically, in this browser.
How to start a world
Pick a slot and a mode. Creative is for building in the air. Survival-lite is for digging up the blocks you want to place.
